I, George Rogers, do solemnly offer these my responses to The Road to Lisp Survey:
When did you first try Lisp seriously, and which Lisp family member was it? It was scheme, i began to play with scheme because of screwing around with sicp (Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs). also paul graham talking about macros led me to learn scheme seriosly
What led you to try Lisp? I was talking to my dad about AI and how lisp is used for most of the time and about the same time i was looking at paul graham's essays and that also led me to try lisp
What other languages have you been using most? Ruby it is almost lisp, actualy it is (define ruby (- scheme 3))
How far have you gotten in your study of Lisp? i passed the point of no return i am hooked on lisp because you can define any mini languige to do stuff in the languige its self
What do you think of Lisp so far? i only just getting started with scheme the source code is so clean. i realy love how functional abstractions are so useful in the real world. what i love about plt scheme is that you can have every thing built in.
