The Green Thumbs are the members of CL Gardeners who have official votes when it comes to making proposed projects official CL Gardeners projects. (Everyone is encouraged to vote with Apache style, +1/+0/-0/-1 votes but only the Green Thumbs' votes are officially counted. Anyone can be nominated to become a Green Thumb by anyone and such nominations are voted on just like everything else, with everyone encouraged to vote and the Green Thumbs' votes being used to actually decide the question.
