I, Hoan Ton-That, do solemnly offer these my responses to The Road to Lisp Survey:
When did you first try Lisp seriously, and which Lisp family member was it?
Scheme in the middle of 2003, when I was 15.
What led you to try Lisp?
At the time I was interested in all things GNU and Stallman said that Lisp was the best, so I started with Guile.
What other languages have you been using most?
Lisp has been my main language since I discovered it. Before that, I was reading K&R.
How far have you gotten in your study of Lisp?
In short: Scheme, Elisp, CL, SICP, PCL, On Lisp, continuations, macros, MOP.
What do you think of Lisp so far?
Fun, inspiring and exhilarating.
