This site is a very useful resource for the Lisp community, but nobody seems to maintain it and the growing amount of spam is very annoying.
I think someone should build, host and maintain a new Lisp community CLiki. But this costs time and/or money, so it probably won't happen unless we are willing to pay for it.
I feel the same way, so i took the liberty of setting up such a wiki. It is available at lisp.tech.coop, and is intended to be a Lisp community wiki as well as an annotatable reference to Common Lisp. It runs Cliki on SBCL, and i've christened it "*hyper-wiki*". Mind the Gnome.
The Hosting Services will be provided by The Tech Co-op, my employer. We are a non-profit co-operative and part of our raison d'etre is to give back to the technology community in ways that benifit our members. I'll personally be coughing up the time to maintain the site, because it's something i want for myself and for other lisp programmers.
With regards to donations, I will continue to run this wiki unless the costs become high enough that it affects our ability to provide hosting services to our members. That being said, Donations are welcome, and will certainly help to keep it alive. Even better, if members of the lisp community were to join the co-op, every member has voting rights with which to help decide the direction to co-op will take. see our website for more details. --drew crampsie
Personally, I'm willing to pay at least $100/year for a decent Lisp community site that offers at least the functionality of the current CLiki and some way to avoid spamming. I bet I'm not the only one. If you're also willing to pay for such a site, please add your name below (and an indication of the amount of money you would be prepared to pay).
If there are enough people who are willing to pay for this, I'm sure we can find somebody who will create and maintain a new site for us.

What about using the MediaWiki software that powers Wikipedia and many others? It is very feature-rich, supporting access control, revision history, internationalization, previewing your changes before committing, and lots more.

i thought about it, really i did. but it had to be cliki. There is no way i could run a lisp wiki on php/mysql. That being said, I am hacking on cliki somewhat for another project, and may be able to merge some of the patches back, and they may provide some of those features. Any patches will be welcome.
